netflix… ive missed you and your awesomeness.
just got this email from netflix. what awesome customer service.
heres my customer service experience with blockbuster all access:
me: i was looking at my credit card statement and it looks like my subscription went from $9.99 to $11.99. I also tried to exchange my DVDs in store recently but the cashier told me that i had used up all my exchanges for the month. when i signed up, i had unlimited in store exchanges.
cs: yes.
me: um so you increased the price and limited my in store exchanges without my approval?
cs: yes.
that my dear reader, is what we call a bait and switch. and the reason i cancelled blockbuster and went back to netflix.
moral of the story – dont give your money to businesses with shady customer acquisiton tactics like blockbuster. assholes.
