the new guy is angrier than ever. in fact, the lil guy probably has a black belt in ninjitsu and angerification. he’s also got a nice squishy side though. like the pillsbury doughboy, you just want to poke him in the belly. just be careful not to surprise him or its bye bye finger.
sharks are in the second round. it is a very new feeling. in honor of them playing the red wings, i will attempt to incorporate chicken wings in all of my meals during game days. kfc double down, here i come.

so ive been really wanting to do some 8 bit pixel art pieces, i just didnt know what they would be of. then this weekend, i had an epiphany while i was sitting at home missing the lady playing batman: arkham asylum. (what the heck just happened there?)
gamers need some love too. and like video game controllers, they need to be held and have their buttons pushed once in a while.
just the other week, i was over at smallchou’s place for a bbq. it was saturday on memorial day weekend. we got the police called on us.
now this might have been for a variety of reasons:
regardless, they came to tell us to shut our faces. aparrently one of the neighbors had some things to say about our joyous outbursts – as in, tell those kids to shut up!
haters.
so everyone, when you are out and about celebrating all sorts of joyous occasions this summer, bumping your lady gaga, be wary of the police ninja. they break up parties. and possibly your face if you give them too much lip.
watchmen movie comes out next week! comic book nerds around the world rejoice! hopefully zach snyder does an awesome job bringing alan moores story to life. wonder how hes going to handle the comic book within a comic book arc. shakespearian.

so very sick, but so copyright infringing. pity. it would have been an instant classic. could have worn it to wonder con in the city this weekend… you know… if i got dressed up like ryu from street fighter and went to things like that.
but now you comic book heads have another option. is it a ketchup splat? is it blood? youll have to read the graphic novel/watch the movie to find out!

so ive been racking my brain recently on the next round of shirts to unveil. then last saturday, im flipping through my closet and see my thundercats t shirt. inspiration strikes.
a few observations:
looks like other people like simple logo designs too.
people like little big planet. people like playing as a sackboy or sackgirl, running around jumping, grabbing, flying, exploding things. what people didnt like was that my angry ninja sackboy was so… angry. they ask me:
mike, little big planet is such a cute game. you can customize your sackboy, make him dance around and do such adorable things. why is your sackboy ninja t shirt so angry?
so you spoke, and i listened. here are the happy little big planet ninja sackboys. i have to admit, they are pretty darned cute.

phew. long time no post. sorry about that. with the holiday season coming up, and all of the shopping that i had to get done, ive been in a bit of a cranky mood. as the years go by, seem to get more and more irritated at the mall. and to think i used to pride myself on patience. am i turning into scrooge? now that would be horrible, considering how much i love the holidays. better queue up my christmas playlist on itunes.
as for the holiday plans, i am heading up to tahoe this weekend. thank goodness mother nature has been dumping all week. and speaking of it, 25 degrees on wednesday night? seriously? what happened to all the global warming talk? im looking at you al gore.
so i havent been snowborading for about, two years. hopefullys its like riding a bike. i mean i dont think ive forgotten how its done. and ive been longboarding on and off during my time off the slopes. that translates doesnt it? who knows? maybe i might end up on my butt most of the time, covered in snow, looking like the abominable snowman.
so if you see a guy in the lift line, looking like this angry ninja character on this shirt, you best run/ski/snowboard/sled away. rawr!
the holidays are here! malls are getting packed, christmas music is being played everywhere, and everyones getting in the holiday spirit (i cannot wait for those coca cola polar bear commercials). christmas sweaters are rearing their ugly heads as people get ready for christmas gatherings and white elephant parties.
i never really understood christmas sweaters. i mean, they are hideous. and youre at a party with people that you havent seen in a while, (add some mistletoe in there and you have a recipe for hookup success) why would you want to wear something that looks like santa barfed it up? those hookup chances sure arent gonna improve with you donning a christmas swearter, thats for sure.
i mean, just cuz you gotta put on some christmas attire to drink some eggnog doesnt mean that you cant go out in style. angry ninja is here to help with that. this santa ninja t shirt is perfect for any christmas occasion. it says, “hey ive got christmas spirit, and i dont look like a fool in some lumpy sweater.”
